Narcissus Congress is the attention-seeker of the garden! The flower features bright yellow petals with an oversized, ruffled orange corona. An incredible sight! Congress blooms in April and reaches 40 cm in length. This daffodil belongs to the Split Corona group due to its frilled (split-looking) trumpet.
