CRINUM
Crinum often has large bottle-shaped bulbs with a long neck of up to 12 inch. The name is derived from the Greek "krinon" which means white lily. The reference is to the shape of the flowers of the Crinum. The Crinum does well as a pot plant if it is placed in a sheltered spot in the garden, the terrace or on the balcony. They are moderately hardy, so putting them indoors in the winter is preferred!
