Payment methods
Credit Card (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Carte Bleue)
You can also pay with American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Carte Bleue. Choose one of these payment methods during the ordering process. For your payment, you need the card number, the card's expiration date, and the three-digit security code on your credit card.
Once the payment is received, your order is automatically released and forwarded to our shipping department.
PayPal
Payment via PayPal is the most common payment method on our German-language webshop. You can easily prepay your order via PayPal without needing your bank details. Select PayPal when choosing the payment method. In this case, once the payment is received, your order is automatically released and forwarded to our shipping department.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is Apple's own payment method, available in more than 35 countries for all Apple users. It uses the Wallet app, in which users place their payment cards. The actual payment method therefore depends on the cards placed in the Wallet. Currently, only credit cards are supported. The Wallet knows all the details and preferences of the different cards.
Payment is completed with a fingerprint or face scan. This makes Apple Pay compliant with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations from the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
iDeal
With iDEAL, you can pay safely and easily online. You pay through the Mobile Banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank. iDEAL is a direct online transfer from your bank account to our bank account. Once the payment is received, your order is automatically released and forwarded to our shipping department. (This payment method is especially well-known in the Netherlands.)
Important news: iDEAL is becoming Wero
You may have already seen the logo or read about it: iDEAL is getting a makeover! To make online payments even easier in the future and also possible in the rest of Europe, iDEAL is gradually changing to Wero.
What does this mean for you?
* The same convenience: You can continue to pay via your own trusted banking app.
* Safety first: Your payments will remain as secure as you are used to with iDEAL.
* Future-oriented: With Wero, you will soon be able to pay more easily at webshops in other European countries.
Processing via Mollie We use the payment provider Mollie to process all our payments securely. You may therefore see the name “Mollie” or “Stichting Third Party Founds” on your bank statement when you make a payment to us. Mollie will ensure that the transition from iDEAL to Wero goes smoothly, so you as a customer don't have to do anything.
