With iDEAL, you can pay safely and easily online. You pay through the Mobile Banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank. iDEAL is a direct online transfer from your bank account to our bank account. Once the payment is received, your order is automatically released and forwarded to our shipping department. (This payment method is especially well-known in the Netherlands.)
Credit Card (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Carte Bleue)
You can also pay with American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Carte Bleue. Choose one of these payment methods during the ordering process. For your payment, you need the card number, the card's expiration date, and the three-digit security code on your credit card.
Once the payment is received, your order is automatically released and forwarded to our shipping department.
PayPal
Payment via PayPal is the most common payment method on our German-language webshop. You can easily prepay your order via PayPal without needing your bank details. Select PayPal when choosing the payment method. In this case, once the payment is received, your order is automatically released and forwarded to our shipping department.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is Apple's own payment method, available in more than 35 countries for all Apple users. It uses the Wallet app, in which users place their payment cards.
The actual payment method therefore depends on the cards placed in the Wallet. Currently, only credit cards are supported. The Wallet knows all the details and preferences of the different cards.
Payment is completed with a fingerprint or face scan. This makes Apple Pay compliant with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations from the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
