Allium 'Starlight': Enchanting Beauty That Attracts Pollinators.

Enrich your garden with the dazzling Allium 'Starlight', a relatively new yet already beloved variety known for its dynamic and long-lasting bloom. This special ornamental onion is a true star in any border and bed, drawing the attention of both garden enthusiasts and important pollinators with its unique flowers.

The blooming cycle of Allium 'Starlight' is a visual spectacle in itself. The florets open in a deep, dark pink hue, immediately providing a powerful splash of color to your garden. As they continue to develop, the flowers gradually transform to a softer rosy-white, forming a fascinating contrast with their dark eyes and star-like pink stamens. This subtle color transition ensures the bloom remains interesting for weeks.

With an elegant height and sturdy stems, Allium 'Starlight' is perfectly suited to add visual structure and height to borders and beds. Plant them in large groups in a sunny spot to create the most impressive effect; a sea of delicate, floating blooms gently swaying in the wind. This ornamental onion is not only an aesthetic asset but also an ecological one. Its nectar-rich flowers are irresistible to passing pollinators, such as bees and butterflies, helping you create a vibrant and biodiverse garden.

In addition to their splendor in the garden, Allium 'Starlight' flowers are also excellent as cut flowers. They retain their charm in vases and add a unique, airy element to any bouquet. Furthermore, these flowers are very attractive when they dry on the stem, providing decorative value in your garden even after the blooming season. This makes 'Starlight' a sustainable choice for long-lasting garden enjoyment.

Other information
