.Allium Forelock will really bring a spectacle in your garden! The flower starts blooming in June and will have a gorgeous green colour. As the flower ages and July approaches, the colour will change to red-wine! Incredible! Due to its good length 60-70 cm, this allium is perfect for cut flower use and it looks amazing in combination with white hyacinths.
Allium belongs to the same family as garlic and onion, that is why it’s called an “ornamental onion”. Make sure to plant your allium in a dry and well-drained (sandy) soil and open areas with full sun.
